At Purplerushclothing, we stand behind the quality of our products and proudly guarantee 100% workmanship. If your item arrives with defects or errors caused by us, we will replace it at no additional cost.


Return Policy

At Purplerushclothing.com, we take pride in the personalized nature of our products. Due to the custom-made aspect of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for issues arising from user error, including:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Design or color choices

  • Mistakes in personalization

Refunds & Replacements (If Applicable)

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The print quality is poor

  • You received a different item than what was advertised

To submit a claim, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • A photo of the product

  • Any detailed shots showing the issue

Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will send a free replacement. For all other cases, we will provide a return address. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please Note:

  • Returns of used, washed, or damaged items, or returns made without prior authorization, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact [email protected]. Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • A gift certificate will be sent to you once your return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver:

  • A refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Details

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide a return address.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Time & Insurance:

  • Shipping time for exchanges may vary depending on location.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
